We are on a mission to tackle the housing crisis and are looking to recruit a Senior Development Manager to help us provide more homes.

  • Do you have experience of working at a senior level, successfully delivering housing development and regeneration projects?
  • Do you relish the opportunity of a new challenge?

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to take on this exciting and challenging opportunity to lead the newly formed Housing Delivery Team in the Major Project & Investment Service at Adur & Worthing Councils.

You will work with a friendly, knowledgeable team of development specialists working to shape Worthing, Shoreham and Lancing through the delivery of new homes by focusing on partnership and regeneration. 

The successful candidate will initially be responsible for recruiting a new team of housing development specialists to deliver Adur District and Worthing Borough’s pipeline of projects, secure new opportunities, and drive growth throughout Adur & Worthing.
