Duties of the post:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, self- motivated and experienced generic Housing Officer, who thrives in a challenging environment.

You will have the skill to influence and negotiate the best outcomes for our residents.

With strong income management experience, you will be able to deliver a customer focused service to the residents of Adur Homes.

You will have accountability for the day to day housing management of a neighbourhood area, and be able to deliver a high quality housing management service that meets our residents needs by liaising with internal services, and external agencies to support residents.
