Duties of the post:

Are you a motivated and experienced housing officer who has what it takes to make a difference for individuals at risk of homelessness across Worthing Borough and Adur District?

Educated to at least Level 2, or with equivalent experience, you will have a real understanding of the causes of homelessness and best practice in preventing homelessness, as well as a good working knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation.

You will have the diverse skills needed to build relationships with individuals with complex needs and to negotiate innovative solutions with agencies, landlords, private, voluntary and public sector services in order to prevent and alleviate housing need.
