Duties of the post:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic & motivated individual to join Worthing Theatres & Culture Venues as a Duty Manager.

As a Duty Manager you will assist the Front of House Manager in the running of our busy events front of house team, coordination of the Customer Experience Assistants and our team of excellent volunteers.

The successful applicant will excel in creating a vibrant and customer focused environment, maintaining exceptional customer service. 

You will ensure that your team of staff is friendly and motivated ready to deliver a consistent high standard of customer care. 

The post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the department and the business, working evenings, weekends and Bank Holiday shifts.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work under pressure.
