Duties of the post:

Worthing Theatres, Museum & Art Gallery are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Buildings Operations Manager (Maternity Cover). The role will manage the buildings scheduled & reactive maintenance programs, fire safety and maintain a positive health & safety culture.

Ideally you will be qualified in NEBOSH Certificate and be an experienced practitioner providing health and safety advice in a relevant setting. The role also requires knowledge of building repairs and maintenance, will be experienced in working within a customer focussed service, managing contracts and working with multiple stakeholders

You will be managing 2 members of staff and should have managerial experience to ensure your team works efficiently and effectively.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work under pressure.
