Duties of the post:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic & motivated individual to join Worthing Theatres & Culture Venues as a Front of House Manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and experienced Front of House Manager. You will be responsible for the effective management and day to day running of our busy FOH operation, coordinating the Senior Duty Managers, Duty Managers, Customer Experience Assistants, Casual FOH staff and volunteers during events.

You will ensure that the FOH team is well trained and motivated delivering a friendly, welcoming, professional, efficient and accessible service to a consistently high standard of customer care. 

The successful applicant will excel in creating a vibrant and customer focused environment, maintaining exceptional customer service. 

The post holder will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the department and the business, working evenings, weekends and Bank Holiday shifts.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work under pressure.
