Working with our tenants and leaseholders is at the heart of our approach and is what we do. The post holder will work with all tenants to ensure the widest possible engagement across the Adur Homes portfolio, in order to create and deliver our shared vision for the future. This will need to take into account the many changes that have taken place in the social housing landscape in recent years and the need to build future sustainability. This post holder will also be key in delivering the service standards and outcomes of our shared work.

We are looking for a great communicator, who is able to use a range of mediums and communicate with a wide array of different people. You will have an understanding of the principles of engagement and experience of working within an engagement or involvement role/ field.
